Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for ShiftGrok products purchased through ShiftGrok Pay. Paddle acts as our merchant of record and may assist with payment-related support.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated in the checkout or account flow, cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase and we will review the request for a refund. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error.
Plan Changes
Upgrades may be charged immediately on a prorated basis for the remaining billing period. Downgrades normally take effect at the next billing period so you keep your current plan access until then.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact support with the account email and transaction details. We will investigate with Paddle and correct confirmed billing errors.
How to Request a Refund
Send refund requests to support@shiftgrok.com. Include your account email, product name, transaction date, and reason for the request.
